Prepare the dough by putting all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead with your hands making the butter absorb. You will notice a scrambled dough. The pasta is made.

Put the ricotta, sugar and chocolate drops in a bowl and mix everything. In a baking tray with parchment paper put half the dough crumbled and level well.
Then put the ricotta and roll out.
Finally sprinkle the remaining crumbled pasta.
Bake for 40 minutes at about 356° F.
